Quality Forms is happy to announce the sale of our Business Forms Division to Highland Computer Forms! Since the closing of Quality Forms on 12/31/22, we have received many calls concerning the sourcing of orders we have produced in the past. We have been diligently looking for the best fit to provide the same quality and service you have always received from Quality Forms. We wholeheartedly believe we have found that in Highland Computer Forms. As of 03/27/23, HCF will have access to all artwork and samples from your previous orders. HCF is a trade only forms manufacturer producing quality product since 1979. They are headquartered in Hillsboro, Ohio and have one additional location in Angola, Indiana.
